Hey, I am spending a semester abroad this fall and want to rent out my apartment from September to December. It was build in 2024 and I’m the first person living here, so it’s pretty modern. It is fully furnished, 33 square meters, with a balcony and a washing machine. Since I will be travelling in January, staying for one or two weeks longer is possible too. The nearest bus stop is 5 minutes away, the next tram station 10, from there you're in the city center within 8 minutes.
